A Courtyard House, situated within a space between residential buildings in Holon. Although building rights are not vast, the house will be 4 floors – basement, 2 floors, and a roof floor. The house creates a series of courtyards, the ones on the ground floor divided by a bridge leading to an ‘Altana’, a venetian typology of a terrace on a small roof above. The house is in approval process, to be built mid 2016.
